How can I Lease a unit?   Come by our office or call 254-791-1500

 

What type of Lease will I sign?  A month to month lease

 

What type of security do you provide? Gate controlled access, camera surveillance with 24hr recording, cylinder locks.

 

Can I come and go at any time? YES. Free access is from 7am to 9pm, 7days a week. But you may add 24 hr access to your account for a small fee.

 

Do I need temperature control? Many customers want to store fine furniture, photographs, paintings, tapes/cds, electronics, business records or other temperature sensitive goods in a temperature control unit.  A non-temperature controlled unit is for anything that would be stored safely in your garage.

  Our buildings are  quality made by Trac-Rite with roll-up doors. The locks are cylinder locks which insert into the door, this provides you with the best protection. Units are well-insulated. Driveways are concrete and made wide enough that 18 wheelers can access them.
